I have come to live in this vintage duster. A true fall staple, it’s become my go-to piece whenever I’m rushing out the door to teach a class and I even find myself wearing it around the house!
I scored it several years ago at an antique mall in Wenatchee with my mama. I can tell it’s hand-knit by the tightness of the weave and I’d guess it’s from the 60’s or 70’s based on the style. It literally feels like a big hug. Only thing is the hairs are so fine that when sitting with it on in my car my booty starts itching, lol! You win some, you loose some I guess.
I scored the sunnies from a local boutique here in Seattle called Sugar Foot. I’m a bit of a media ho and after spotting these sunnies all over the gram I knew I had to snag a pair of my own, and I did at a fraction of the price! The top is a gift compliments of my good friends at Namaste.TV. I love the powder blue hue and the casual cut. The uber soft cotton also allows it to lay gracefully on the body which makes it easy to teach and practice in. Double thumbs up for that. Use my code YOGABYBIOLA to receive 10% off a Namaste.TV tee of your own!
Last but not least, the pants. I’m outgrowing the extra-tight yoga pants thing. I’m like, “can my crotch breath, please!” I snagged this at a local consignment shop, never-been-worn. I love the silky fabric and how they melt along my hips. The brand is by a company name Charli. Hope I can score another pair, somewhere, someday.
