[Explicit Content] This high-energy, yoga fitness class combines dynamic movements with "trap music," a heavy drum-based genre of rap. Get ready for heat-building sequences and strengthening asanas (yoga poses) that will expand your physical yoga practice and your musical palette. Zen Gentle Hatha | Mt. Baker Art Loft Community Room

The ideal class for those who'd like to slow things down, this gentle class is guided by soft music and grounding breath work. Watery dance elements enhance the sensuality of the practice. Expect to gently warm & strengthen your body through foundational poses and breathing. Divine Hatha | Kanjin Yoga Studio

As an alignment-centered class, we move through poses with intention, not speed, in order to connect our bodies with breath. Sensual dance elements remind us of our feminine centers, including the hips, heart, and chest. Designed to open up channels throughout the body and promote positive body awareness, we'll float through powerful poses that generate heat, establish balance and reinforce natural beauty.
