My private sessions are tailor-made to your wellness and fitness needs. Together, we formulate a goal, create a timeline and build intelligent sequences that set you up for success. Depending on where you are in your practice, we start from the bottom and work our way up: utilizing intentional breath work to calm the nervous system, and foundational poses to establish alignment and balance.
Expect a nurturing environment and intimate space that encourage growth. Bolsters, blankets and blocks support long held poses and therapeutic stretching, while soft music creates a visceral experience. Clear cues and motivational teachings guide you through your practice and promote relaxation. My hands on assists properly position the body for development in advanced poses as we progress toward our goal.
